Our company specializes in designing, creating, introducing, installing and putting into service various production lines for agricultural enterprises. One of our major areas is the design, creation and putting into service units, workshops and enterprises that process chicken manure and leonardite for commercial use.
The manufacturing lines developed by our specialists allow to process manure and leonardite into dry pellet organic fertilizers. In the process of organic fertilizer production, it is possible to improve the NPK figures of the end product, which is achieved by means of adding corresponding inorganic and organic substances to the raw material. Therefore, the output is organic and mineral fertilizer with defined indices.
We design production lines which process both in-cage manure (laying hens) and bedding manure (broiler chickens). These lines have several differences in temperature conditions and in preparing the raw material on entry to the technical process.
The main special feature of our lines is that raw material drying process is performed by a heat generator fueled by the manure itself. However, for countries which have an excess of liquid fuels such as petroleum, diesel oil or waste oil, it is more rational, easier and cheaper to use liquid hydrocarbons and a corresponding heat generator. With this in mind, we are ready to offer a type of heat generator for this occasion. Both fresh and composed manure can be processed. Minimum output of such production is 500 kg of end product per hour or 10 tn per 24 hours. Maximum output depends only on the raw material available and energy supply. The more capacity the line has, the more productive it is from the economical point of view.
Depending on the project budget, we can offer a few types of production line supply with standard equipment. Our specialists make production calculations based upon the commissioner's ability and demand. The production line can be either installed on an existing premises or on one built specifically for the project.
We offer the most financially efficient and productive technology of organic fertilizer production. This technology allows to place fertilizer production in the immediate vicinity of the farms. On the premises where the product is made and stored there is almost no unpleasant smell. Moreover, the proposed scheme is energy saving as a number of devices and manufacturing methods used in it are aimed at comprehensive utilization of heat produced in the course of processing.
The organic and mineral fertilizer production scheme which we offer fully conforms with the environmental control requirements. Before being emitted, the air is filtered. Harmful substances and substances having unpleasant smell are thermally decomposed. Duration guidelines for putting the line into operation are from 4 to 8 months depending on the capacity of the line. This timeframe is determined by the need to project, manufacture and install custom-made equipment.

The implementation of humates directly into soil (root application) causes significant changes in the properties of the soil, leading to its purification and increase of fertility.
Significant effectiveness of humates application is reached on sandy and clay soils with low humus content, on limestone, saline, acidic, sod-podzolic soils. Humate gives excellent results in land reclamation - in the territories of former landfills and vacant lots, construction sites, in areas of chemical, radioactive, oil and industrial pollution.
